Day 10: freestyle bascis in review

Subject Activity Details
Warmups Run and stretch Run, buddy-run, coach's pushups, stretching, spin
Drills Review Shoulder throw (toe-2-toe, knee-2-toe, tight, cover and pressure on shoulder when on mat)
Fireman's carry (setup, hi on tricept, tight, hold arm, and instide leg, toss to side, cover for pin)
Ankle pick (weight-2-side, head-2-toe with force, get opponent to step and puch head down-3-toe inside step with you foot behind opponents ankle and pick ankle, keep very high for finish)
Inside hook (make them step, step inside and post and trap angle, arch back and drive opponent back, cover for pin)
Double leg ( shoot, both arms around legs, snake legs, drive backwards

Remember: all moves can be done with 2-on-1 double arm bar form on your feet. Look to leg trip, push and pull, circle opponent

Day 9: Ref Postion

Day 8: On mat Drills

Double leg Like football tackle, lower level, snake arms behind legs, head up, drive opponent backwards

Day 5: Freestyle - 5 Basics Takedowns
